Mark your calendars! On Thursday, October 2nd, the Delaware Restaurant Foundation will host an Accessibility Conference and HR Roundtable at Harrington Raceway & Casino. This important event will bring together restaurant leaders, HR professionals, and community partners to explore strategies for building inclusive workplaces in hospitality. From ADA compliance to hiring practices that support workers with disabilities, attendees will walk away with actionable tools to create stronger, more accessible teams.

We’ll also explore the new tax laws for business owners, and tax implications for employees from the “no tax on Tips/no tax on overtime’ federal legislation. The meeting will begin with this HR information, and then the inclusive workplace panels and discussion will follow. 

Please feel free to attend just the HR Roundtable portion of the meeting, or just the AccessAbility section as your schedule allows. Lunch will be provided.
